Galatic Freja can be unlocked in Overwatch 2 through competitive play, as the new skin can only be acquired by those who achieve Diamond rank or higher in competitive.

To unlock the skin, you must follow these steps:

Once you have reached Diamond rank in Season 18, 19 or 20 of Overwatch 2, you will receive the Galactic Freja skin. This is a limited-time event, as the skin will only be available to unlock for free throughout three seasons. It could return to the shop later on, but it will obviously cost money.
