All Pokémon cards in Articuno EX deck
To begin, this deck includes two Articuno EX Pokémon. With 140 HP, this card only needs three Water Energies to use its signature move, Blizzard. Blizzard not only does 80 damage to your opponent, but also 10 damage to each Pokémon on their Bench.
Articuno's trusty sidekick, Lapras, is also a great addition to this deck, so we included two. However, this is not Lapras EX, but a regular Lapras. Despite being lower in HP, this Lapras variant actually does more damage than its EX card.
Next, we included two Staryu and two Starmie EX cards. Starmie EX is an absolute powerhouse, as it only requires two Water Energies to use its main attack, which does 90 damage and requires no cost to Retreat.

We first included two Misty cards in this Articuno EX deck build. Misty is an essential Supporter card for any Water deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket, as it lets you flip a coin and place as many Water Energies on a Pokémon for how many heads you land.
This gives you a great opportunity to place several Energies on Articuno or Lapras, sometimes even during the first turn, allowing you to attack immediately.
Next, we included two Sabrinas, another essential card for any deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Sabrina forces your opponent to switch out their Active Pokémon with a Benched Pokémon.
Professor's Research is also a must-have in this deck, as we have included two of this particular card. Then the usual Poké Ball, X Speed, and Potion all fit well in the Articuno EX deck.
Weakness
This deck will be weak against Lightning-type Pokémon, so beware whenever you come across a Pikachu EX deck.
Strength
This deck is incredibly powerful against Fire-type decks. Move out of the way, Charizard EX. Articuno EX is ready to make its name heard.
