Pokémon TCG Pocket Venusaur Drop Event complete guide

A new event has just arrived in Pokémon TCG Pocket, giving players a chance to earn a rare alternate art Venusaur card. Here is our complete guide on what cards you have a chance at getting, how to participate in the event, and how long you have to try and get that rare Venusaur card.

The latest Pokémon TCG Pocket event has begun, giving players a chance to earn tons of rewards, including five different promo series cards. One of these is an alternate art Venusaur card, which will be the rarest of the bunch. Players will have until December 12 to complete the event, so here's how to get started and all of the cards you can earn.

In order to play in this event, you will need to head over to the Solo battling section and work your way through the different difficulties of battles. As you win, you will unlock new difficulties all the way up to Expert. Each win earns rewards and gives you a Promo pack in the process.

You can continue battling these again and again, as long as you have the event stamina to do so. If you don't pull the Venusaur alternate art right at first (like I did), then don't worry, you'll have plenty more chances to earn packs.
