Terrakion Pokémon GO Raid Guide: weakness, counters, hundo CP

Terrakion is back in Pokémon GO Raids on February 25th as part of the Road to Unova event leading up to the Unova Tour. Terrakion will be in Raids alongside the other Swords of Justice, Coballion and Virizion.

These Raids are well worth doing, as Terrakion is one of the best Fighting-type Pokémon in Pokémon GO. It is especially good for battling Giovanni and other Team GO Rocket leaders thanks to its very quick Charged Attack. Terrakion will be in special 25 minute long Raids throughout the day. Additionally, there will be a special Raid Hour from 6 p.m - 7 p.m local time.

The very powerful Dusk Mane Necrozma is the best counter for Terrakion in Pokémon GO. That Pokémon was avaliable first during GO Fest 2024 but then also in a recent Necrozma Fusion Raid Day. Dusk Mane Necrozma is very powerful, but is not a Mega Pokémon. That means you can also use a strong Mega Pokémon to battle Terrakion too.

The best two Mega Pokémon to battle Terrakion are Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon. Kyogre and Groudon were also avaliable recently too. They appeared in the Global Wild Area event before the New Year.

That means that all of the very best Pokémon for this Raid have been in the game recently. This should help most Trainers get a strong team together for this Raid in Pokémon GO.

Other options include Mega Lucario, which is also a good counter for Coballion. That means you could use Mega Lucario during the special Raid Hour to counter both Pokémon. Additionally, consider using Dawn Wings Necrozma, Therian Landorus and Tapu Lele to round out your team.
