If you want to try Rainbow Six Siege X before it releases in June, you’ll need to get a beta code by watching Twitch streams.

The showcase of Rainbow Six Siege X was as hype as can. Content creators far and wide tuned in to see what the new era of Siege is ready to deliver. And following the showcase, many dove right into the closed beta. So, how can you get a code to the beta for Rainbow Six Siege X?

It's not extremely difficult, but does involve a bit of luck. We'll guide you on what needs to be done.

You'll need a code for the Rainbow Six Siege X beta because it is a closed beta. You can't just jump onto your platform of choice, download it, and begin to play the franchise's new 6v6 Dual Front mode.

You're going to have to watch some Twitch streams. Remember how the VALORANT beta went? That's right, you'll have to get lucky and get picked for a code as a Twitch Drop reward. Meaning you could watch for a couple hours or for days.

So, any time during the beta's duration, you can watch a partnered streamer for a chance at a code. Check their stream title to see if they're part of the Twitch Drops campaign. Then link your Ubisoft and Twitch accounts together if chosen, and you can claim your access.

After you claim the closed beta code for Rainbow Six Siege X, you'll then choose your platform. If you're on PC, it will go straight into your Ubisoft Connect Library where you can download it. Console players will get a beta key you'll need to input in the platform's respective store.

How long is the closed beta?

You'll want to start watching to earn a code from Twitch Drops sooner rather than later. The beta began at 12 p.m. PT on March 13, 2025 and runs until 12 p.m. PT on March 19, 2025.

The longer you're in a partnered stream, the more of a chance you'll get at obtaining a code. Here's to hoping you don't get one an hour before the beta ends.
