Heads up, gardeners! The Queen Bee has arrived in Grow a Garden!

From new seeds, pets, and gear to fresh in-game event mechanics, the Bizzy Bees update in Grow a Garden introduced a plethora of features that are worth checking out, especially if you’re getting sick of harvesting Moonlit crops.

Bizzy Bees is a bee-themed update that centers around the collection of a new currency called Honey, which you can exchange for lots of items. Apart from all the rewards that everyone can get for collecting Honey, here is a definitive list of all the changes in the Bizzy Bees update.

All new features in the Bizzy Bees update in Grow a Garden

The Bizzy Bees update adds a new type of mutation in the game called Pollinated, as well as a weather system called Swarm Event. These two are the key features of the update.

New event: Swarm Event

Every hour, a group of bees emerges from the large beehive at the center of the map, with each bee visiting a player’s garden. While inside a garden, the bee grants the Pollinated mutation to a random crop.

The bees will return to their beehive, and new groups will continue to appear until the event ends.

New mutation: Pollinated

This new mutation only gives a 3x multiplier and the color yellow to any afflicted crop. However, its real value comes from a new mechanic that lets you convert any Pollinated crop into Honey.

New currency/resource: Honey

You can harvest all of your Pollinated crops and turn them over to the Honey Combpressor. For every 10 kg worth of crops, you get 10 Honey. The process of getting 10 Honey takes three minutes, so patience is a must when farming lots of this resource.

New NPC: Queen Bee
