The November 20 update for Stellar Blade introduced a new quest called the Cats in the Cold City (Cat Photo Exhibition). The reward for the quest is a new outfit for EVE called the Neurolink Skin. To complete it, you need to find all ten cats in Xion.
Here's all the locations of those cats in Stellar Blade, so you can unlock the Neurolink Skin as quickly as possible. You'll need to use the new Selfie Mode to complete the quest. We've provided a breakdown video, a map and a list of all ten locations.
How to unlock the Cat Photo Exhibition Quest
To unlock the Cat Photo Exhibition quest there are two prerequisites. Firstly, you must first have reached Xion in the main story. Xion is the second area in Stellar Blade after you've cleared Eidos 7.
Secondly you'll need to have completed the Memories of Xion quest. The Memories of Xion quest was introduced as part of the November 20 update, and showcases the new selfie mode feature. The Memories of Xion quest requires you to take a selfie in front of the statue in Memorial Square.

The Cats in the Cold City requires you to find 10 Cat graffiti. These graffiti are spread around Xion, with seven inside the city walls and three outside the city walls. If you open up your Data Bank in your profile you will be able to see a photo hint of the location.

To capture a cat photo you must use the Selfie Mode not the Photo Mode. To do so, hold and press the the down arrow on your controller. Make sure the Selfie Camera is selected, if not keep holding down and select it from the list of wheel.
If you've done it correctly, you'll hear a noise and see a progress bar appear on screen. Remember not to move!
How to unlock the Neurolink Skin?
After you gather all ten photos for the Cat Photo Exhibition quest, you will be teleported to the Request Board. Simply open the board and tick off the quest to receive the Neurolink Skin for EVE. The skin will automatically be added to your inventory.
Rather confusingly there are two outfits with the name Neurolink; Neurolink Suit and Neurolink Skin. The Neurolink Skin is tied to this Cats in the Cold City challenge, and was added on November 20. The Neurolink Suit on the other hand, is a reward added in May for completing the Boss Challenge Mode.
