While many Zenless Zone Zero players are totally comfortable playing it without a controller, some old-fashioned gamers certainly appreciate controller support.

Can I play Zenless Zone Zero with a controller?
Yes, Zenless Zone Zero has controller support on mobile and PC. So, as long as your controller has Bluetooth that allows you to play wireless or you have a cable to link it to your PC or smartphone, you're good.
How to use a controller in Zenless Zone Zero
Zenless Zone Zero should automatically recognize your controller as soon as you plug it. However, if the game doesn't recognize your controller, all you have to do is follow the steps below:
- Access the top-left corner menu in-game.
- Go to Options and then Input.
- The first setting in Input is UI Layout. From there on, you can switch between mouse and keyboard/touch to controller in the dropdown menu as the screenshot below shows.
In case you no longer want to use your controller, all you have to do is unplug it or access the Input menu again and revert to Touch/Mouse and Keyboard.

According to HoYoverse, you can quick switch between both inputs by pressing ESC on your keyboard or by clicking the Option Button on your controller. This feature is supported on just the following screens for now: Login, City, and in combat.
