The young player smashed some pretty big opponents. His understanding of power balance in 2XKO can be one of the keys to this success. Check out bleed’s champion and team tier lists.

Frosty Faustings XVIII was the first big tournament for 2XKO after launching Season 1. It was also the first-ever official Major, part of the Competitive Series by Riot Games. Some of the best players in the world gathered here to build their reputation so early, including legendary Evo champions. One to win the event was a 16-year-old player, bleed, representing ONi Global.

His competitive history on start.gg is filled with various 2XKO esports events, from the game’s beta and early access. Bleed’s success at Frosty Faustings is a great sign.

In a few days after this tournament, bleed shared his visions of the game’s balance. During a stream, he built a couple of 2XKO’s tier lists: for individual champions and for possible teams.

Two champions were placed into a super-high SS tier. Bleed even left a gap between them and the S-tier — to emphasize how strong Yasuo and Ekko are in 2XKO. Ahri and Vi are S-tier characters.

It’s quite interesting to see Warwick in the A-tier. There was a discussion around this character in the community, as French players placed Warwick much higher. Teemo is also here, despite being picked at many 2XKO esports events. Bleed ranked one of his champions, Illaoi, as A-tier as well.

The newest character, Caitlyn, got a surprising B-tier placement. Jinx became the weakest in this 2XKO tier list by bleed.

For his 2XKO team tier list, bleed made the top 5 section. Yasuo and Ekko are in all of them. The player’s winning team has been ranked fifth.

There is still no Caitlyn here, as she is too new for proper ranking.

In Round 2 pools, bleed defeated Mael "WADE" Jomie, a strong DBFZ player from France.

In the top 24 brackets, bleed faced William "Leffen" Hjelte, a Guilty Gear Strive player and the 2XKO winner at DreamHack Atlanta 2025.

In the final playoffs, bleed played against Atir "Zando" Yosef and Steve "Supernoon" Carbajal, known for their GGST success. Notably enough, bleed took a hit in the grand final to then perform a comeback in the reset match.

The competitive meta of 2XKO will be shaped with the upcoming patches and character releases, so changes are sure to come. Also, each next tournament should highlight new sides of the game when the best players dig into it even deeper.

After Frosty Faustings, the U.S. competitors gather for a smaller level 2XKO tournament at GENESIS X3, from Feb. 13 to Feb. 15.
