16 of the best teams in amateur Call of Duty all competing on the biggest stage.
CDL Challengers Champs is right around the corner. The top 16 amateur Call of Duty teams are ready to give their all and prove to the world why they deserve a spot in the professional Call of Duty League.
Challengers is home to some of the best storylines in competitive Call of Duty, with teams fighting it out in some of the best series of the season.
Challengers Champs Format
Challengers Champs features a true throwback format. All of the teams will be in four groups of four. They are in their groups based on their total number of pro points from the whole season.
These four groups will be in the GSL-style. Meaning it is effectively a case of winning two matches before you lose two matches.
The top two teams from each group will then move forward into an eight-team double elimination bracket, following the same format as the main CDL event.
Grand Finals of the event will be a Best of 7 series and will also be played on the main stage at the Thomas and Mack Center before CDL Champs Grand Final on Sunday, June 18.

Winners Round 1 of the bracket will feature A1 vs B2, B1 vs A2, C1 vs D2 and D1 vs C2 matchups.

Challengers Champs Prizing
The Challengers Champs prize pool has been slashed this season. It was $250,000 in Vanguard and now it just $150,000. Only the top eight teams at the event will take home prize money too.
Here's how the prizing is split for Challengers Champs in Vegas:
- 1st: $60,000
- 2nd: $36,000
- 3rd: $24,000
- 4th: $12,000
- 5-6th: $6,000
- 7-8th: $3,000
Challengers Champs Stream
Challengers Champs will be LIVE on the Call of Duty Bravo stream on YouTube and Twitch. Grand Finals will be on the main stream in the lead-up to the CDL Champs Grand Finals.
