9INE look to revamp CS roster

The organization has benched Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier and Alexandru "s0und" Ștefan allowing both players to explore their options. The two players were signed earlier this year in May as the org looked to go international. Before that move, they sold the majority of their roster to ENCE.

9INE attempted to create a Polish Counter-Strike roster, a move that did not yield much success. In May 2024, the org sold the core of its roster to ENCE and put together a new international roster. Mantuu, refrezh, and misutaaa were the three stars of this new roster.

The team did not have much success with on-and-off victories that did n1ot yield much confidence. They mostly finished towards the bottom half of the table with the players not putting up any performances to write about. Despite keeping the roster together for nearly six months, the lack of results meant that 9INE is now looking to revamp the roster yet again. With two players on the bench, there’s space for two new players to join this roster.

What is 9INE’s Counter-Strike roster?

9INE’s Counter-Strike roster is as follows:

  • Mateusz "mantuu" Wilczewski
  • Ismail "refrezh" Ali
  • Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg
  • Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier (benched)
  • Alexandru "s0und" Ștefan (benched)

Misutaa said he is looking to find new orgs to get back into the top tier of Counter-Strike. Despite having played two Majors, the 21-year-old youngster has not found much success after his departure from tier 1 teams.

Still under contract, open to every serious proposal. I really want to find my new home, work hard as a team and go back to big tournaments.

9INE are currently playing in the  European Pro League Season 21 and will also take part in the CCT Season 2 European Series #15 that kicks off on December 3, 2024.
