According to ShiinaBR, Shaq's Fortnite Icon Series set will arrive in-game on Oct. 4. This collaboration follows the recent addition of Norwegian-Spanish content creator Rubén "Rubius" Doblas Gundersen. Although the turnaround usually isn't this rapid, Epic Games will supposedly release the entire Shaq Fortnite skin later this week.
Before ShiinaBR confirmed the collaboration, NotPaloleaks provided a list of what fans can expect but didn't divulge the celebrity:
- Shaq Fortnite Bundle (contains everything below): 3,400 V-Bucks
- Two Shaq Fortnite Outfits: 1,500 V-Bucks and 2,000 V-Bucks
- Two Pickaxes: One comes with a skin, and the other is 800 V-Bucks
- One Wrap: 500 V-Bucks
- Two Emotes: 300 V-Bucks and 500 V-Bucks
All of the cosmetics listed above will be available when the Fortnite Item Shop resets at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 4. Over the coming days, we expect to learn more about Shaq's Fortnite skin and other items.

What is the Fortnite Icon Series?
Fortnite's Icon Series is a separate classification open to content creators, celebrities, musicians, athletes, and more. From an athlete's perspective, LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo are the only two professional basketball players included. The addition of a Shaq skin in Fortnite makes the Hall of Famer and four-time NBA Champion the third, although Shaq retired many years ago.
Other athletes honored with an Icon Series skin include two-time Super Bowl Champion Patrick Mahomes, F1 racer Lewis Hamilton, football star Neymar Jr., and more.
