Following the reveal trailer for Battlefield 6, a few leaks and rumors began to circulate for the release date of the game.

On July 24, Electronic Arts (EA) showcased a reveal trailer for Battlefield 6, and with that came a heap of rumors related to the game’s release date. While a few leaks had already been circulating before the trailer, it seems as though the latest batch is confirmed. With a multiplayer trailer coming on July 31, it would seem as though players are now sure of a release date.

To add, while none of the leaks or rumors have been confirmed, they do come from viable sources.

Battlefield 6: Rumors and leaks confirmed as real

With the reveal trailer for Battlefield 6 announcement, many rumors sprang up. Some dealt with the game’s pricing while others looked towards the release date. One of the first unconfirmed rumors of a Battlefield 6 release date came from a streamer, Doom49. The streamer’s social media post claimed that they were sent a “care package” by EA with the BF6 logo.

After this post was deleted, another BF influencer posted his “care package” and announced that a reveal event was being held from July 29. This post, however, has not been deleted.

With the reveal trailer released on July 24, the community was quick to see a few mistakes from EA following the video. Many saw a legal disclaimer on the official BF website. Thanks to X user CharlieIntel we know that this was legitimate. The disclaimer revealed that the “promotional offer expires on October 10, 2025.”

As can be seen above, this led everyone to believe that the Battlefield 6 rumors of an Oct. 10 launch were true.

Pricing and early access

With follow-up leaks, the community began to see talks of an open beta. This will, apparently, follow the upcoming July 31 multiplayer reveal. However, much like the rest of the Battlefield 6 rumors, nothing has been confirmed.

While the future of the BF franchise hangs in the balance, the rumors and leaks reveal something positive. Some have mentioned that no “early access” is included with pre-orders. And others have explored the pricing, which can be seen below.
