Did Switch 2 just get a massive leak?
If you have any foot in the gaming world, you have probably heard the news about the Switch 2. The follow-up to the popular console was announced just the other week and fans have been beginning to speculate on what games will be released for it in 2025. However, it looks as if a leak was just posted earlier today which could confirm a new Mario 3D game and a Zelda remaster.
Newegg's website contained multiple Switch 2 leaks
Recently, a few people noticed that Newegg had posted what looked to be secret information on their website. The popular tech and gaming website is known for selling consoles, PCs, games and more.
And now they are known for leaks.
On the page where people can purchase Nintendo eShop gift cards, the product had a section in its description that contained information regarding Nintendo games set to release in 2025.
And what else is set to release in 2025? Yep, the Switch 2.
However, after the leak blew up on the internet, Newegg has since then taken down the information. So, what does this mean? Did Newegg simply just speculate on what games may be releasing in 2025? Or did they accidentally leak insider information?
