Team BDS has announced Alexandre Lopez as its new CEO, a post on X revealed. Lopez has been closely involved with the organization since 2020, initially joining as a strategy lead before advancing to the director and board member roles. The new CEO has a bachelor's in sport business and had previously worked for Valencia CF Esports and Team Vitality.

Now at the helm, he will bring "strategic vision and valuable operational expertise" to guide the organization's ongoing transformation. In the official press release, Lopez expressed his pride in contributing to this new chapter for Team BDS, describing it as a pivotal evolution "both in sport and society."

Rebranding and plans

The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) recently selected Team BDS as a Club Partner. By winning both the Rainbow Six Siege and Rocket League tournaments, the team secured third place in the Club Championship rankings. As a Club Partner, Team BDS will collaborate with industry leaders and take part in exclusive campaigns and events.
