Noblegarden, Hearthstone Battlegrounds’ second Lobby Legends event started today. Who made it to the $50K tournament?

Hearthstone Battlegrounds' competitive action is back with Lobby Legends: Noblegarden qualifiers. The first stage of the $50K tournament took place today, with the top 48 players from all over the world, fighting for the 12 spots for the final Noblegarden event. The second competitive event for Hearthstone Battlegrounds Lobby Legends has started with Noblegarden Qualifiers. In this first stage, the top 16 players from the Americas, Europe, and APAC servers, had to fight for the 12 tickets to the final event, happening on May 13th and 14th.

The 48 players that got to this Hearthstone Battlegrounds Qualifiers had to overcome two 3-lobbies stages to get to the final Lobby Legends: Noblegarden event. The competition format was the same as in Lobby Legends: Raid Leaders. Players accumulated points for their standings in each lobby and the top four from each group advanced to the next stage.

The event didn’t have any official broadcast. However, players could stream their points of view with a 30-minute delay. On top of those streams, we had Slysssa as the unofficial broadcast, jumping from stream to stream, casting the action from different perspectives.

At the end of the day, these were the 12 players Bob helped to get into the final stage of Battlegrounds Lobby Legends: Noblegarden. Special mention to Bofur and Babofat who also made it to the Raid Leaders event final stage. By the way, I wouldn’t trust Bob too much. I have the suspicion that he says the same to every customer.

They will be joined by 4 Chinese representatives in the final stage of Battlegrounds Lobby Legends: Noblegarden. However, I’m sure they will have more chances in the upcoming Battlegrounds Lobby Legends events

We can’t end this article without giving some context on how these players got to this Noblegarden Battlegrounds Lobby Legends Qualifier. As we mentioned, only the top 16 of each server get to play this 48-player qualifier.

Many of the competing players competing were also streaming their finishes, and the community could witness many intense lobbies with the highest stakes. RDU, Babofat, among others were playing the games of their lives, and the fans were hyped as if it that was already the Lobby Legends Noblegarden event.

On top of that, the very next day after the Battlegrounds Lobby Legends: Noblegardens ladder season finished, Hearthstone Esport banned two qualified players. Silvername and Advo were disqualified from the competition after allegations of stream sniping and win trading. The atmosphere is still tense after that series of events and we still see repercussions today.

The final part of the $50,000 Battlegrounds Lobby Legends Noblegarden event will take place on May 14-15. Once again, the event will have an official broadcast featuring all the official languages. On top of that, we will have once again community and players co-streams.

During Battlegrounds Lobby Legends: Raid Leaders event, viewership spiked thanks to the vast offer of where to watch. Viewership spiked at 36k viewers, with Twitch being the most popular platform, according to Esports Charts.
