The recent HoK adjustments targeted five heroes and one item in the first half of October.

Honor of Kings (HoK) implemented its latest hero adjustments on Oct. 17, focusing on five heroes and one item that requires buffs for improved balance. Notably, all five heroes on the list currently have a win rate below 50%, highlighting the need for these improvements.

This update primarily targets the Clash Lane, with buffs applied to Arthur, Biron, and the tank item Dragon's Rage. Additionally, Kongming, Liu Shan, and Wukong have also received enhancements.

Biron (buffed)

His shield and healing effects will be weaker in the early game, but will scale significantly with defensive items, making him formidable in the late game.

Passive: Hearts and Minds

Health recovered from Charged Basic Attack:

  • Before: 70-140
  • Now: 60-120 (+1.5% extra Health)

Ultimate: Force Field Suppression

Shield Effect:

  • Before: 1,000 (+500 per skill level)
  • Now: 900 (+450 per skill level)(+18% extra Health)

Kongming (buffed)

Kongming's Skill 1 now deals higher damage, while the charge time for Skill 2 has been slightly reduced, increasing his overall flexibility since early game.

Skill 1: Arcane Assault

Base Damage:

  • Before: 500 (+100 per skill level)(+70% Magical Attack)
  • Now: 500 (+100 per skill level)(+80% Magical Attack)

Skill 2: Time Shift

Stock Time:

  • Before: 10s (-0.4s per skill level)
  • Now: 8s (-0.3s per skill level)

Wukong (buffed)

The monkey receives slight improvements to both his attack and defense, making him tankier and deadlier in combat.

Base Stats

Base Physical Defense:

  • Before: 94 (+20.8 per hero level)
  • Now: 150 (+20.8 per hero level)

Passive: The Great Sage

Enhanced Basic Attack Base Damage:

  • Before: 475 (+100% Physical Attack)
  • Now: 475 (+10 per hero level) (+100% Physical Attack)

Ultimate: Golden Cudgel

Cooldown:

  • Before: 40s (-5s per skill level)
  • Now: 35s (-5s per skill level)

Liu Shan (buffed)

The shield from Liu Shan's Skill 1 is now weaker in the early game, but scales significantly with more defensive items, making him more durable as the game progresses.

Skill 1: Overcharge!

Shield Granted:

  • Before: 600 (+240 per skill level)
  • Now: 600 (+120 per skill level)(14% extra Health)

Arthur (buffed)

Arthur's Skill 1 has been strengthened in the early game, making it easier for him to duel against enemy Clash laners.

Skill 1: Valiant Charge

Cooldown:

  • Before: 10s (-1s per skill level)
  • Now: 8s (-0.6s per skill level)

Enhanced Basic Attack Damage

  • Before: 180 (+25 per skill level)(100% Physical Attack)
  • Now: 325 (+65 per skill level)(100% Physical Attack)

Dragon's Rage (Buffed)

Dragon's Rage's passive now applies to structures, allowing the user's basic attacks to deal extra damage to them, making it a valuable asset for pushing objectives.

Passive: Divine Power

  • Before: Applied to heroes
  • Now: Applies to both heroes and structures

The game usually brings hero adjustment twice a month, with the next adjustment scheduled for Oct. 31.
