Here’s what players can expect when the LoL patch 25.11 notes goes live on May 27.
The League of Legends (LoL) patch notes 25.10 have been released. This patch brings a big adjustment to many Garen abilities "to make his fighter pattern much more functional." Smolder was, once again, nerfed, as well as Lucian, Elise, and Cho'Gath. Riot is trying to make Kassadin come back to the game as well as Annie, whom they nerfed a few months ago.
There are no new skins in this patch. Yeah, it is not common to happen in League of Legends. However, Riot Games has made some updates to the Masque of the Black Rose Elise, Renata Glasc, Samira, and Vladimir. These small updates will go live on May 28.

In this patch, Riot Games is aiming to restore the ADCs' late-game damage potential. Seraphine will be changed to have a damage position instead of support. Sett will be slightly nerfed.
Brawl
In the new game mode, some things changed. The surrender timer went from 60:00 to 15:00, and you can now deal significantly reduced damage to minions if you've spent too long in your base. This debuff can be easily removed by leaving your base, but will be reapplied more quickly afterward to prevent abuse.
