Match 1
FlyQuest comes to Quarters with a huge draft. We know that FlyQuest likes to surprise everyone, but they all bring us something new: Seraphine mid. Will they have enough damage to take down Gen.G.
The Korean team starts the void grubs, doing one, but eventually, they have to leave and give the rest to FlyQuest. The North American team came very confident for the first match. Chovy misses the charm and FlyQuest gets three kills on void grubs. Inspired gets the first blood.
In a very fight for Gen.G, Lehends and Canyon end up dying with every objective up. What were they doing? FlyQuest was playing very well. In mid-lane, the North American team wins advantage, does drake, and gets more gold advantage over Gen.G.
FlyQuest was in control of the game. They’re movement and river control were too good, and Gen.G was starting to look impatient. The Baron was not good for FlyQuest, but they still had a lot of control overall. And FlyQuets does soul point and run over mid like never before. What a game for FlyQuest! They won game one. It has been 6 years since NA took a game off an LCK team at Worlds!

Match 2
Chovy’s Kassadin was having a very hard time. Gen.G does a clean dive, and Ashe kills Renekton. In what looked like a very nice dive for FlyQuest, Kassadin does not die thanks to his shield and Nidalee kills Rakan. FlyQuest was in bad sheets. Gen. G's confidence was different from the first game. Gen.G kills the first three void grubs, and FlyQuest does Drake.
Chovy simply doesn’t die! Nunu and Orianna can’t kill him and give him the advantage they’re not supposed to. This game was looking very bad for FlyQuest. Everyone from Gen.G was too strong. Bwipo survives the dive and even kills Jax. What a huge kill for FlyQuest.
One for one, FlyQuest does Drake. And a huge triple kill for Peyz, what a cold-blooded attitude from Gen.G. The Korean team was too strong to defeat. There was nothing more FlyQuest could do, the game was over too soon. And another triple for Peyz, what a game for Gen.G. That was a 10k gold advantage. This was the game Gen.G needed. And we're going to the third game.
Match 3
FlyQuest came cooking again with another out-of-the-pocket pick: a Zeri mid. And a double kill for FlyQuest in a failed Gen.G dive. What an amazing start for FlyQuest, two kills for Kai’Sa. FlyQuest bot lane was killing Peyz again, 2k ahead and 3 kills. This was a huge FlyQuest.
And six void grubs for Gen.G. Even though they were behind on kills, they kept great game control with the objectives. But Gen.G was having trouble using that advantage. FlyQuest found some kills but they were not in control of the general game. With a Zeri tank, they did not have enough damage to kill Sejuani or Braum. Gen.G kept doing the objectives like they wanted to.
FlyQuest finds a huge fight, they do Baron, Bwipo snipes Chovy, and FlyQuest does Drake. What a great performance from Massu, his Kai'Sa was absurd. Four turrets for four. The confidence of FlyQuest as underdogs, playing against one of the best teams in the world, was incredible to watch.
FlyQuest was unbelievable! Such a great fight for the NA team, what an insane game. What was going on in this game? Against all odds, FlyQuest had a 10k advantage over Gen.G. Quad does a quadra kill on a tank Zeri, what a game. The third game goes to FlyQuest!
This is probably the best series of Quarter Finals. What an entertainment for the League of Legends fans. This series is just insanity!
Match 4
The game starts with Chovy losing his flash. Three flashes were lost from Gen.G in three minutes. What was happening? Three void grubs for Gen.G, Drake for FlyQuest. The first kill goes to Kiin. The fourth game was pretty balanced, but FlyQuest was finding great picks across the map.
Gen.G was choosing very greedy plays and that was causing them to lose unnecessary spells. However, Canyon was getting too strong as Nidalee, his comfort pick. Gen.G was pressuring so much this game, confident and dominant. It was over for FlyQuest. This was a Gen.G game. Every time FlyQuest played according to the meta, they lost the game. What will they bring to the fifth and last game?
And the fourth game goes to Gen.G. Welcome to the fifth game of the last Quarter Finals battle.
Match 5
We can't say that FlyQuest hasn't tried everything. We saw Nunu, Urgot, Sett, and Fiddlesticks. The early moments were tough for FlyQuest. And Bwipo escaped a huge dive with so much class. FlyQuest was trying to enter Gen.G's mind. Three void grubs and a drake for Gen.G.
The emotions were high, so much tension! Busio almost dies, Quad plays so well the Gen.G gank, and Bwipo is fire. What was happening? In a great Fiddlesticks engage, Busio ends up getting the kill but the FlyQuest timing was perfect. This was a terrifying play. But in a secret mission of doing Baron, Peyz finds out and things start to look bad for FlyQuest.
They find a pick on top lane but will that be enough to make them change the game? Gen.G slauthered FlyQuest no top lane. Operation "Kills Smolder" was impossible. Gen.G was supreme. The game was already too hard for FlyQuest. They're losing their base, spells, and opportunities to change everything. They losing the map control, the angles.
FlyQuest tried so hard. And Gen.G ends up the game. They qualified for the semi-finals. FlyQuest did everything the could, they have to be proud of their performance. What an amazing game. Congratulations to Gen.G.
