There are three new Team-Up Abilities arriving at the start of Season 2. These are definitely ones you'd expect, with characters joining forces with allies to bring you the following:

  • Mental Projection - Emma Frost, Magneto, Psylocke: Create illusory projections of the latter two heroes, much like one of Loki's abilities, when Emma Frost is on the team.
  • Arcane Order - Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange: Doctor Strange lends his magic to Wanda, allowing her chaos energy to deal more damage with imbued magic.
  • Stars Aligned - Captain America, The Winter Soldier: Winter Soldier can leap towards allies to deliver a counter-attack to close up enemies. Captain America can leap towards Winter Soldier to join him in his counter-attack.

These will certainly shake up the meta in Marvel Rivals, as the new Team-Up Abilities in Season 2 deliver offense and defense not yet seen in the game.
