Dislyte introduces a brand-new element in version 3.4.24. Here’s how Umbra changes the game’s elemental matchups.

The next Dislyte update features Sieg (Siegfried) as a new legendary Esper. What's special about Sieg is that he's also of the Umbra element in Dislyte.

Dislyte Umbra element explained

Umbra is a new type of element in Dislyte arriving in patch 3.4.24 on May 27. Before, the game only had Wind, Flow, and Inferno, and Shimmer units. The addition of Umbra in means a change in elemental counters and matchups.

Dislyte's Umbra element counters all three basic elements. These basic elements are Wind, Flow, and Inferno. Meanwhile, only the Shimmer element counters Umbra. Shimmer is neither weak nor strong against the basic elements. We've created the table below to show all of this as well.

How to unlock Umbra Espers in Dislyte

At the time of publishing this article, Sieg is the only confirmed Umbra Esper in the game. He's a Fighter unit who is able to inflict debuffs that ignore immunity effects.

Players can unlock the new Umbra Esper Sieg through the upcoming Nocturne Echoes event involving Ether Discs. Ether Discs can be obtained using either Nexus Crystals or paid packs. Once players have Ether Discs, they can pull for a chance of getting Sieg.

Dislyte Umbra pull rate

According to the developers, players have a 1% chance of getting a legendary Umbra Esper from the Nocturne Echoes pool. This rate used to be 0.5%, but after player feedback, the developers made some adjustments.
