After an intense group stage, only eight teams remain in the fight for the title of MSC champions.
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2022 Playoffs brackets have been locked. The MSC 2022 Playoffs will take place between June 14 and 19 to crown a champion.
The MSC 2022 is taking place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur. This is the first offline MSC since the 2019 edition. A live audience is also permitted in the venue, tickets for which are available on the official website but are selling fast.
MSC 2022 Group Stage Results
The group stage for the MSC happened on June 11 and 12. The 12 teams were split into four groups of three teams each. They competed in a single round-robin format with the top two teams from each group advancing to the MSC playoffs.

MSC 2022 Playoffs Bracket
The top two teams from each group have made it to the MSC Playoffs. They will now battle in a double-elimination bracket from June 14 to 19. The upper-bracket quarterfinals will be a best of three (BO3) and the grand finals will be a best-of-seven (BO7). The rest of the matches will be best-of-five (BO5) games.

MSC 2022: More than 1 million peak viewers in the group stage itself
MLBB’s player base may be concentrated in Southeast Asia, but this hasn’t stopped it from becoming one most watched esports titles in the world. This is evident in the MSC 2022’s group stage as well.
The group stage clash between Omega and RRQ Hoshi on June 12 brought in a peak viewership of 1,127,083, according to Esports Charts. The average viewership so far stands at 289,036.
The current peak viewership record for MLBB esports is 3.1 million, which was set in the M3 World Championship last year. The MSC 2021 recorded a peak viewership of 2.2 million. With the numbers seen in the group stage, the MSC 2022 Playoffs looks set to beat this number.
