Here’s how to get free skins during the Overwatch 2 Anniversary 2024 event

The Overwatch 2 Anniversary 2024 event is now live! This time, it lasts for three weeks in total and brings back some old game modes. Read on for everything to know about the Overwatch 2 Anniversary 2024 event, including the full schedule, game modes, all of the challenges, free skins, and more.

Week 1 of this year's Overwatch 2 Anniversary event features the Beast Hunt and Community Crafted modes. Then, Week 2 is all about the April Fools 2024 and Cosmic Crisis game modes. Finally, Week 3 sees the return of Mirrorwatch and Prop Hunt.

Week 1 of the event runs between Sept. 24 and Oct. 1. This means Week 2 happens between Oct. 1 and Oct. 8. Finally, Week 3 of the event goes from Oct. 8 to Oct. 15.

All of the Overwatch 2 Anniversary 2024 challenges can be completed by simply playing the game and participating in each week's featured game modes. Week 1 has eight challenges while Week 2 and Week 3 have six new challenges each. The most coveted rewards throughout the entire event are the Biohazard Ramattra, Bounty Hunter Baptiste, and Infinite Gaurd: 76 skins.

These skins are not new to the game, however, the 2024 event does allow you to get Biohazard Ramattra, Bounty Hunter Baptiste, and Infinite Guard: 76 for free if they're not already in your collection.
