Is Lifeweaver pansexual?
Yes. Overwatch 2's first Thai hero is also the game's first character who is openly pansexual. This means Lifeweaver doesn't shy away from being proud of who he is in terms of voice lines, conversations, and other content.
"We're also excited because he's an openly pansexual character," Blizzard confirmed in an official video. "And you'll see this reflected in his voice lines, conversations, and other content."
The video also went into how the Overwatch 2 team aimed to make players feel comfortable and supported by Lifeweaver. The team wanted players to feel included in his circle while learning about how he sees the world.

In Lifeweaver's gameplay trailer, there's a line where he encourages others to "spend every moment growing into who you truly are." This fits in with his blooming flowers motif and celebrates LGBTQIA+ individuals being themselves.
As for what pansexuality means, GLAAD defines this as "an adjective used to describe a person who has the capacity to form enduring physical, romantic, and/or emotional attractions to any person, regardless of gender identity."
Fans on Twitter expressed excitement about Lifeweaver as well, with some of them noting the colors of the pansexual flag in his origin story video.
With Lifeweaver's upcoming debut in Overwatch 2 Season 4, he will join Tracer and Soldier: 76 who are also LGBTQIA+ heroes.
