Overwatch 2 hotfix today
On Dec. 16, Overwatch 2 nerfed tank hero Hazard's ultimate. The cost of Downpour increased by 13%. Meanwhile, damage hero Sojourn received balance updates to her Railgun, Disruptor Shot, and Overclock.
Railgun's shots-per-second was reduced from 16 to 15. As for Disruptor Shot, it no longer generates energy. Finally, Overclock's charge rate got reduced to 100 per second.

Hazard in Overwatch 2
These updates are now live in Overwatch 2 — less than a week since Hazard's arrival in the game on Dec. 10. At launch, the tank hero received several adjustments to his kit. This was thanks to the hero's limited-time trial.
Overwatch 2 Hazard abilities, ultimate, primary weapon, and more
- Bonespur (Weapon): Fire a burst of spikes.
- Vault (Passive): Scale short walls and grab ledges.
- Jagged Wall: Launch a spiked wall that damages and knocks back nearby enemies.
- Spike Guard: Protect yourself, firing homing spikes at nearby enemies. While active, reduce damage taken and regenerate ammo.
- Violent Leap: Lunge forward. Activate this again to slash at enemies and knock them back.
- Downpour (Ultimate): Rain down a torrent of spikes, immobilizing enemies.
The next Overwatch 2 update is slated for Dec. 17, and while potential patch note details haven't been revealed yet, we do know that Dec. 17 is the start date of Overwatch 2's Avatar: The Last Airbender collaboration.
