The final invitation to OWCS Midseason Championship 2025, which has an even larger prize pool of $1,050,000, is also on the line.
Registration for the Overwatch Champion Series' (OWCS) Midseason Championship Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) event is now open. This gives Overwatch 2 esports teams a final opportunity to secure a spot in OWCS Midseason Championship 2025, which has a $1,050,000 USD prize pool.

OWCS Midseason Championship LCQ 2025
The OWCS Midseason Championship LCQ goes from July 17 and July 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Kicking off at 2 p.m. local time each day, this event includes a two-day group stage plus a single-elimination playoff bracket. Whichever Overwatch 2 team wins this LCQ gets the bulk of the $100,000 USD prize pool plus the final invitation to OWCS Midseason Championship 2025. This latter tournament has an even larger prize pool of $1,050,000 USD.
According to Blizzard Entertainment, this LCQ is currently open to any Overwatch 2 team. Participants must follow the two-import rule and declare one OWCS region, as noted in the rulebook. As for teams that are already duking it out in the circuit, the LCQ only allows them to lock in with their Stage 2 roster.
Interested teams have until July 5 to sign up for the esports action. They can do so via the FACEIT website.
