R6 Esports international competitions are back!
The 2024 season of Rainbow Six Siege Esports returns to the international stage as teams fight for spots at BLAST R6 Major Atlanta. Regional leagues reach decisive stages and teams that didn't do so well in the regular phase still have Last Chance Qualifiers in the case of some leagues.
Some changes were introduced to the Major format. The number of teams in Phases 1 and 2 have been changed for BLAST R6 Major Atlanta and upcoming Majors. There will be 12 teams in Phase 2 and eight teams in the first phase.
At BLAST R6 Major Atlanta, the teams seek to remove w7m's (now FURIA) dominance in international competitions. The Brazilian team won the two 2023 Majors and the 2024 Six Invitational.

When does BLAST R6 Major Atlanta take place?
Teams will enter the server at BLAST R6 Major Atlanta from May 16th to 26th. $750,000 in prize pool will be distributed to teams participating in the competition.
Manchester is chosen to host the first Major of the 2024 season. The public phase will be at the B.E.C Arena. The second Major of 2024 will be in a special city for Rainbow Six Siege Esports fans. Featuring at the Six Invitational, Montreal in Canada will be the city of the second Major, a city that has hosted multiple SIs.
