Jynxzi had to shave his eyebrows on stream thanks to a wager match of Rocket League and EA FC against IShowSpeed.

Popular streamer and content creator Nicholas "Jynxzi" Stewart had another wager match of Rocket League and EA FC, this time against Darren "IShowSpeed" Watkins Jr. Here's what went down and how this cost Junko's eyebrows.

Jynxzi vs. Rocket League YouTubers, Speed

This match comes after Jynxzi's multiple recent Rocket League wager matches against other content creators in the space.

In January, he went up against Wyatt "musty," ex-Rocket League professional player and now a YouTuber, with a 99-goal lead. Despite Jynxzi only needing to make one goal against musty, who had to make 100, he still failed and had to cough up $10,000.

He went up against another ex-pro, Mariano "SquishyMuffinz" Arruda, some weeks after. Multiple games were played, with various rules and handicaps to make the game as even as possible. The wager was that if Jynxzi manages to win any of the five rounds played, then he wins the whole wager and will be up $500. As expected, Junko took the L once again.

Why did Jynxzi shave his eyebrows?

Jynxzi's 1v1 against IShowSpeed happened on Friday, Feb 13. This resulted in hours of banter, trashtalking, raging, and of course, a pair of lost eyebrows.

They first played Rocket League, and since Jynxzi is a more proficient player, they opted for a handicap: Speed would start with 96 goals, and it was first to 100. This was more than enough of a lead, it would appear, since the match ended 100-60 in Speed's favor.

Afterwards, the two played EA FC 26. Speed won both games: 4-1, then 5-1. Thus, it was time for Jynxzi to say bye-bye to both of his eyebrows.

He shaved his brows live on stream, with Speed heckling and ragebaiting him in the background. Understandably, Jynxzi raged when he found out that it would take several months for him to regrow his bushy eyebrows.

Both Jynxzi and Speed belong to the world's most prominent streamers and content creators. In last year's Streamer Awards, they both won in their respective categories: Jynxzi as the Best Strategy Game Streamer and Speed as the Best IRL Streamer.
