OTK events for 2023: Dates and where to watch

The American media organization, One True King known as OTK, has just revealed its plan for 2023. They announced it in an elaborate show called the OTK Shareholders Meeting where all OTK members including Asmongold, nmplol, Mizkif, Esfand, Sodapoppin, and Emiru presented their plans on the stage.

The show took place in the WePlay Esports Arena in Los Angeles and was broadcasted on OTK's Twitch channel. At the OTK Shareholders Meeting, they started with four members in a boring, empty, meeting room. They then went to the impressive WePlay Esports Arena where Sodapoppin was doing an impressive recreation of Steve Jobs's introduction to the iPhone at MacWorld in 2007.

OTK then proceeded with a lot of events and game show announcements. They also announce Emiru as their new co-owner. In addition, they have also revealed a new member of the media organization, ExtraEmily. Let's check out OTK's events and game show of 2023.

Tectone will be hosting this new weekly game show where teams have to solve puzzles and challenges focused on Twitch emotes and meme culture. He gives a simplified explanation of the challenges, saying he would give a couple of emotes and steamers has to guess what or who Tectone is thinking about. A podcast about gaming, anime, and pop culture? Count us in! The brand new podcast will be hosted by Zack "Asmongold", Emily Beth "Emiru" Schunk, and Tectone. Previously, Emiru and Tectone were hosting the Noodle Shop Podcast where they talk about primarily the anime culture. The podcast has been canceled and reborn into the Steak & Eggs Podcast and this time including Asmongold. He previously hosted Allcraft, a podcast about the World of Warcraft. It is not yet known whether Allcraft is here to stay.

The Steak & Eggs Podcast sounds super delicious fun and you can hop onto it every Friday starting February 17. You can follow them on Twitter and catch their podcast on their YouTube channel, Amazon Music and Spotify.

Last year, we saw the debut of Gameday, where the OTK members plus other guest streamers compete in sports like kickball, football, volleyball, and basketball. To no one's surprise, the hectic show will be back this year. It will still be hosted by Nick "Nmplol" Polom. We will be seeing familiar faces on the field again and let's hope they will have medics on the ready in case any injuries happen again like last year.

This new show will be under Thomas Chance "Sodapoppin" Morris where streamers will play random games and be encouraged to start trash-talking their opponent. We can expect a lot of drama and hopefully, no real fights.

It seems like OTK's Parasocial will get another season this year. Hosted by Matthew "Mizkif" Rinaudo, the family-feud-style game show will have streamers face off against each other to guess the most popular answers to a set of questions. The streamers can ask for help from Twitch viewers from the chat, making this game show more interactive and fun to play for all.

This new game show will be hosted by OTK's newest member ExtraEmily. Wheel of Chaos will bring three contestants to go against each other in a battle of intelligence using a giant wheel of chaos. She explained the show to be about streamers having to guess different phrases and doing crazy challenges.

OTK will host their first charity event where its members along with other charity participants will be using all their muscles and strength. They will be lifting weights equalling the amount of money received, meaning a pound added for a dollar donated. This could mean they would have to lift 20,000 pounds of weight if they get a $20,000 dollars donation!

The Charity Lift-a-Thon will be coming in Spring 2023. OTK has not revealed further about the charity that will receive the donations.

This is going to be Emiru's first game show where twenty-four cosplayers will fly to Los Angeles and Austin, Texas to dress up a bunch of streamers. We will get to see streamers all dressed up professionally by experts and the cosplayers' talents will get the spotlight they deserved.

The DnD/Mario Party style game show is making a return in 2023 with a new theme, the Dimension of Disaster. Like Tim "Esfand" presented on the stage of the OTK Shareholders Meeting, it is going to be about "metaverse, metaverse, metaverse". We saw Loot Goblins: Twisted of Fate with its extensive and intricate setup last year, leading up to two seasons full of challenges and excitement.

OTK will be reinvesting in the content creation community with a new innovation program called OTK Impact. They described the program to be a support system for smaller creators to reach their goals by providing them with technology and the same access to content creation that they have. The details of the program have not yet been revealed.

OTK's YouTube channel has gone through a hiatus but they are coming back! They teased a new video with a trailer video, showing the OTK members in an empty room supposedly on a ship, having to solve a murder with two murderers among them, among-us style.

From the content timeline they put up on social media, it seems like there are three more events that will be coming soon. There is Elevated coming in May, which we still don't have a clue what it is about. In May, there will apparently be the OTK's Film Festival, which we will assume to be about films and movies.

Lastly, we also spotted a DDR All Stars 23 show coming in the summer of 2023. We are assuming the show to be revolving around the Dance Dance Revolution music video game. Emiru is known to be the queen of DDR and we will have to wait for OTK to reveal more about this coming event in the future.
