Street Fighter 6 ranking system

To rank up in Street Fighter 6, you must play ranked matches and acquire League Points. According to Capcom, these League Points are separated by each individual character. For example, if you are in the Master league with Chun-Li, then you can be in another league with another character. The video below demonstrates this.

When you first play ranked mode, there are 10 placement matches as well. These determine your starting rank. There exists the Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced player pools. Below are the details for each tier.

  • Beginner: For players who are new to fighting games.
  • Novice: For players with a bit of experience in fighting games.
  • Intermediate: For players who play fighting games often and can perform combos.
  • Advanced: For players who excel at fighting games and take a tactical approach to battle.
