Teamfight Tactics just announced an upcoming tournament called "Magic n’ Mayhem Tactician’s Crown." The event will feature 40 of the world's top competitors as they face off for a massive prize pool. Here is everything we know about it.

Teamfight Tactics: Magic n’ Mayhem Tactician’s Crown schedule

The popular multiplayer auto battler game just revealed the Magic n’ Mayhem Tactician’s Crown tournament, and it's set to take place between Nov. 8 and Nov. 10. This global event will feature a Grand Final on Nov. 10 with $150,000 on the line.

Below is the official Teamfight Tactics tournament format for the TFT: Magic n' Mayhem Tacticians Crown, as posted on the game's official blog:

Day 1:

  • 40 players will be drawn into their five starting lobbies and play six games total.
  • The lobbies will shuffle after every two games.
  • After Game 6, the top 32 players will advance to Day 2, and the bottom eight players will be eliminated.

Day 2:

  • Players retain their points from Day 1.
  • 32 players will be split into four lobbies and play two games.
  • After Game 2, the top 24 players will advance and the bottom eight players will be eliminated.
  • 24 players will be split into three lobbies and play two games.
  • After Game 4, the top 16 players will advance and the bottom eight players will be eliminated.
  • 16 players will be split into two lobbies and play three games.
  • The lobbies will shuffle after two games.
  • After Game 7, the top eight players will advance to the Grand Final.

Day 3:

  • Checkmate Format - The first player to hit 20 points and then secure a first-place finish will be crowned the Magic n’ Mayhem Champion.

Points will be awarded in each game, with first place winning eight points.
