TFT retires Loot Eggs
Another notable update that Rodger "Riot Prism" Caudill pointed out in the official patch notes is the retirement of Loot Eggs. Riot Games announced this in early February as well, informing players that Loot Eggs will open up automatically on March 5. This will also mark the arrival of TFT patch 13.7.
"If you own all content associated with an automatically opened Loot Egg you will instead be granted 50 Treasure Tokens," the latest patch notes added.
You can learn more about the reason why Loot Eggs are going away in our dedicated article about them below. Essentially, Riot Prism said that with the introduction of Treasure Realms and the Rotating Shop, Loot Eggs have become redundant.
