Apple announced the Airpods 4 during its September 9 Glowtime event amidst other announcements. The new Airpods come with improved design, a better fit and significant improvements in Audio and ANC.
What’s new in the Airpods 4?
The Airpods 4 brings a host of new improvements. With a new chip and ANC, they have significantly lower cost for ensuring better audio quality and user comfort.
Better Design
The Apple Airpods 4 comes with an open-ear design and it was developed after an analysis spanning over 50 million ear shapes. It has an ergonomic design crafted to provide a secure and comfortable fit. The comfort of the fit is an important factor that enables users to wear it for an extended period of time.
Improved Audio Performance
With the Apple H2 Chip, there’s an improved audio profile as well as call clarity for the Airpods 4. Features such as voice isolation and personalized spatial audio allow users to experience their environment seamlessly without their audio taste interrupting their profile. The price cost starts at $129 for the base version. The AirPods 4 ANC starts at $179, but is a significant uptick in terms of the audio profile it offers to users. Apple's new AirPods launch on September 20 along with the new line of iPhones.
