How to change your TEKKEN 8 main menu character

Players can now customize their favorite TEKKEN 8 character and show them off on the main menu! Here are the instructions on how to do this.

If you have a favorite character in TEKKEN 8, then the game just received a fantastic update. That’s right — your thirsty dream of having your customized favorite on the main menu is now possible. Here's how to change your TEKKEN 8 main menu character!

Select "Options" from TEKKEN 8's main menu

Choose "Screen Settings"

Go to "Main Menu Character Display Settings"

Pick a TEKKEN 8 character

Select "Outfit" and press down for the "Customizations" area

Press the "Confirm" button to update the main menu

To display your favorite character on TEKKEN 8's main menu, start by launching the game and selecting the "Options" or gear icon located in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Next, navigate to "Screen Settings" and choose "Main Menu Character Display Settings."

Pick a character, select an outfit, choose a customization, and hit the "Confirm" button. That's it! Revisit the main menu to see your customized outfit in all its glory.

If you're playing TEKKEN 8 on the PlayStation 5, then you can also take some screenshots without the user interface (UI) getting in the way. Do this by pressing R3.

How to customize characters in TEKKEN 8

Select the "Customization" tab from the main menu

Choose the "Character Customization" option

Select a TEKKEN 8 fighter to use as your base

Click on a "Create New" slot

You have 20 shared customization slots among all TEKKEN 8 characters. This is in addition to the 10 slots per character feature, which means you can store and easily switch between a variety of personalized outfits and designs for each fighter.
