The Finals Season 4 is here, and according to Embark Studios, the game has seen a large uptick in players. Many say it is reminiscence of the first Season as well as the beta periods of the game. Let's go over the hot ticket items that are new in The Finals with its fourth season.

The top new items and content for The Finals Season 4

There's a lot to look forward to if you are diving back into The Finals with Season 4. New weapons, a new map, and much more are now at your disposal.

HOLTOW, ENGIMO, and ISEUL-T have all teamed up to sponsor the newest map in The Finals. Fortune Stadium arrives with sectors dedicated to each sponsor in a streamlined urban environment.

The map has tons of verticality, but watch your step. If you miss a jump between locations, there's a long fall that'll send you to the respawn countdown screen.

All three player classes in The Finals get new weapons with the latest season:

  • .50 Akimbo (Heavy): Dual-wield pistols that are lethal, but require precision.
  • Pike-556 (Medium): A marksman rifle with a scope that gives the Medium class a solid ranged option.
  • M26 Matter (Light): It may look like a rifle, but looks can be deceiving with this damaging pump-action shotgun.

As with every new weapon introduced to The Finals, you can spend points to unlock these if you want to try them out on your favorite class.

Sponsor contracts

The sponsors you see plastered all over the game's maps, cosmetics, and weapons are now featured more prominently in The Finals Season 4. When you load into the game for the first time, you can sign with either HOLTOW, ENGIMO, or ISEUL-T.

This remains with you for the rest of Season 4, so choose wisely. Complete contracts and perform well in matches to earn fans towards sponsor rewards. Think of it as a mini battle pass that is specifically for the sponsor you've selected.

A big talking point of The Finals Season 3 was it removing Cashout from ranked in favor of Terminal Attack, the one-life Search and Destroy type mode. Well, ranked Cashout is back in Season 4.

Cashout brings eight teams together in a 24-player tournament format. Tournaments are now seeded based on team strength to give a more competitive ranked experience.
