FaZe have finally revealed their VALORANT roster ahead of the NA Challengers league – which starts in two hours.

With the North American VALORANT Challengers League (VCL) for 2023 due to start in a couple of hours, invited organization FaZe Clan has finally unveiled its roster. This comes after months of the OFF//SEASON and speculation by fans as to what they might be cooking up.

Both Andrej "BABYBAY" Francisty and Kevin "POISED" Ngo were mainstays on last year's FaZe roster. The team found mixed success and did not make it to any international events over the course of 2022. They did place third in Stage 2 Challengers NA and the North American Last Chance Qualifier for Champions, but missed out on both Masters tournaments as well as Champions Istanbul.

Quan "dicey" Tran and Phat "supamen" Le were both on the bench from Sept. 2022 and are now back on the active roster. As for their final player, Daniel "Rossy" Abedrabbo was on TSM in 2022. He recently participated in the VCL Open qualifiers and narrowly missed out on qualifying for the 2023 Challengers circuit on a free-agent team called 'The Nation.' The team consisted of several popular CS:GO veterans including Stewie2K and Brax, alongside ex-TSM pro, WARDELL. Unfortunately, The Nation could not clinch one of the six coveted VCL slots from the Open Qualifier or LCQ. Rossy showed up huge during the event, and having been signed by FaZe, will be able to participate in the 2023 VCL.

What is the FaZe Clan Valorant roster?

  • Kevin "poised" Ngo
  • Phat "supamen" Le
  • Quan "dicey" Tran
  • Andrej "babybay" Francisty
  • Daniel "Rossy" Abedrabbo

FaZe Clan was one of the six invited teams to the 2023 VALORANT Challengers League North America, alongside G2, TSM, M80 Esports, Shopify Rebellion, and The Guard. Despite the invited teams having been announced months ago, the organization has been playing its cards close to its chest and keeping the FaZe VALORANT roster lineup a secret. This has triggered a great deal of speculation amidst the Valorant community as to whether the team had any surprise signings coming up.

FaZe Clan has also retained Michael "Mas" Smith. Mas was the team's analyst for most of 2022, until November when he got promoted to head coach. With their first match happening in about an hour, it remains to be seen if the team will find more success this year.
