The map did not go well for Team Heretics, to say the least. The beginning was alright: after losing the pistol round, TH managed to win round 3. But, everything beyond that was a complete disaster.
Paper Rex destroyed their opponents in a pretty disturbing way. Somehow, it did not look like we were watching two teams from a Masters event.
Round 8 was very prominent in this regard. Paper Rex felt so confident and even invincible that a knife kill turned out to be a fun "why not?" for them.
This map was a serious hit for Team Heretics.

Game 2 was much better for Team Heretics, but only till the side switch. As Attackers, they recovered from another loss on pistol and finished the first half with a two-round lead.
Paper Rex wasn’t shaken at all. Winning five rounds in a row would certainly boost your spirit! Heretics could not properly recover after that.
It was an amazingly strong start for Paper Rex, and we can expect other great matches from them as Masters Toronto goes.
