TSM finally announce their VALORANT roster for 2022. Rebuild complete.

TSM's new VALORANT roster for 2022 has finally been unveiled. After making fans wait for months to hear any official news - we never even got a roster update before VCT 2021 Stage 3 - we finally have a confirmed roster for the 2022 season.

Three members are returning from TSM's roster at the end of 2021, though one had never been officially announced. Matthew "WARDELL" Yu and Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik need no introduction to VALORANT fans. Despite a poor year for TSM in 2021, they remain some of the most popular and influential players in the VALORANT scene. For TSM to do well this year, though, they'll have to recover their form from 2020.

Aleko "Leviathan" Gabuniya joined TSM's lineup unofficially in late 2021, and made an immediate impact. He was clearly the best player TSM had had in some time, and led the way as they nearly made the Last Chance Qualifier. He now joins the lineup officially, and will have a huge part to play.

Alongside WARDELL, Subroza, and Leviathan, two new players are joining TSM's VALORANT 2022 roster. The better known one will be Corey "Corey" Nigra. A former Overwatch player, he was the first member ever signed to FaZe Clan's VALORANT team.

Corey and FaZe had some success, particularly at the start of 2021 where they went on a tear and finished second in VCT Stage 1. FaZe ended the year somewhat slowly, though. Corey has huge firepower, but will have to regain some form and be a big player in this roster.

Daniel "Rossy" Abedrabbo completes the lineup. He previously played for Immortals, but has been bouncing around the scene ever since being released in October of 2021. A controller and IGL, he brings a supportive playstyle to this high-powered TSM VALORANT roster.

Lastly, Andrew "aRubyz" Seewer and Austin "Apex" Copeland have been promoted from the TSM Academy roster, and will coach the main team this year. The duo has coached together since 2020, and found success on teams such as Phoenix1 and Noble before helping TSM Academy to be one of the best teams in tier 2 play. This will be their first high-profile job, but they've certainly earned the spot.

As one of the biggest esports organizations around, TSM's fans will be expecting big things. This is a skilled roster that certainly has the potential to go far. But there's a lot of good teams in North America, and rosters like Akrew look scary in tier 2. Fans should be expecting TSM to challenge at the top, but whether they can be the best in North America is another story entirely.
