Riot Games has revealed the new map rotation coming to VALORANT when patch 10.04 arrives, leaving some players perplexed.
As we entered 2025, Riot Games ensured the map pool of VALORANT would remain fresh. Every Act will see the competitive map rotation change, and we've already got out first look of what that'll be with VALORANT patch 10.04.

VALORANT patch 10.04 map rotation change has been revealed
Ascent and Icebox have been hot topics in the VALORANT community, and their return in patch 10.04 has plenty of people talking. This is mostly due to Ascent being moved out of the map rotation upon the delivery of patch 10.0.

VALORANT also asked if players want the update labeled as a patch number or Act number, seeing as they have moved away from Episodes. At the time of writing, Act number is winning the poll, and fans of the game are sounding off in the comments.
