VALORANT is celebrating Lunar New Year 2026 with the Solarstride bundle — a perfect pick for players ready to unleash their “horse” power.
The Lunar New Year 2026 marks the Year of the Horse, and VALORANT is celebrating with a brand-new bundle. Inspired by fiery horses and empowered plays, the Solarstride bundle includes three unique weapons.
Solarstride bundle
The new Solarstride bundle is all about power and momentum, reflecting the spirit of the Year of the Horse. As East/Southeast Asia kicks off its Lunar New Year celebrations this month, Riot Games wanted to bring the festivities into its titles. The new bundle has three weapon skins:
- Vandal
- Guardian
- Melee
All of them have four color variants: the default in white, purple, blue, and pink. You can check out all the animations and colors on the bundle teaser released by the official VALORANT page on X.
Bundle price and release date
There is no information on the bundle price yet. Some leaks suggest the bundle will cost around 5,000 VALORANT Points (VP), but take this information with a grain of salt.
As for its release date, Riot Games has announced it as "in your shop soon." Since the Reaver bundle is currently the only one in the in-game store, the Solarstride bundle will likely be released later this week. However, we will keep you updated as soon as that information is revealed.
Lunar New Year 2026
The Lunar New Year celebrations start on Feb. 17. VALORANT will also be releasing a free event pass with many rewards for the players, including player cards, RP, titles, and sprays. There is also no information on when the free pass is coming to the game, but it might be alongside the new update.
Riot Games has also released a new Chinese rap song to celebrate Lunar New Year. The project features pro players Zheng “ZmjjKK” Yongkang and Du “HangHang” Yu Hang, alongside personalities such as CongmingYangYang, JioJio, and rapper D‑SHINE.
