Whaazz on Echo's victory and Mehhx's return

Whaazz sat down with the WoW Esports cast for an interview after the final match. He described the games as intense. However, his team had a lot of practice against the Feral Druid, Mage, and Priest or Paladin (FMP) composition. Whaazz also talked about having Mehhx back on the roster in place of Lontar.

"It's good to have Mehhx back," Whaazz said. "We love playing with Lontar, but when we made this team, that was like our team with Mehhx. Then he wanted to retire for a year, and now he decided he really wanted to come back. So there [were] no hard feelings towards Lontar. We would easily play with Lontar if Mehhx wasn't here. But honestly, the guy is a god. He is so good on that Priest. All his healers, to be honest. The chemistry is just different with Mehhx. He fits so well."

The player continued, acknowledging that he had played Rogue alongside Adam "Chanimal" Chan's Warlock. According to Whaazz, these comfort picks gave Echo an advantage. Selecting their mains was something that Mehhx preferred as well.

"I think even if Rogue got nerfed, we would probably swap over to a Feral and play similar comps like Jayyti's team," he said, referring to one of Drive Overload's players. "If they nerf Priest and other healers, maybe we'd be in trouble. But right now, it's looking good."
