ULTI Arena has announced their first grassroots Dota 2 tournament on FACEIT. Two online events will be held, one in SEA and one in Europe. This is the first Dota 2 tournament hosted by the platform and features a prize pool of $20,000 USDT (Tether cryptocurrency).

Interested players can register for the tournament on FACEIT, an esports platform that administers tournaments and leagues in multiple titles. Dota 2 players from SEA and Europe have an opportunity to win some cryptocurrency and show their prowess in-game by participating in this tournament.

What is the Ulti Arena Dota 2 tournament’s format?

The tournament format is a single-elimination knockout tournament in Captains Mode.  All matches are Bo1 matches with the final round being a Bo3 series. The top four teams qualify for the finals, where they will join four invited teams, giving OQ teams a chance to show off their skills.

Players can stream their matches, but they have to ensure there is a 5-minute delay to ensure fair play. The tournament is free-to-play and does not have any minimum skill level requirements. So gather your friends and take your shot at winning some cryptocurrency.
