CDL Champs 2023: How to watch and earn free Twitch Drops

Here’s how you can grab yourself some free in-game rewards while watching CDL Champs 2023!

The Call of Duty League (CDL) heads to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the year's final tournament this weekend. All roads lead to this as the top eight CDL teams from the Modern Warfare 2 season compete for the $2.3 million prize pool and the right to call themselves World Champions. While the teams compete for ultimate glory, fans are incentivized to watch CDL Champs 2023.

Here is how you can watch CDL Champs 2023 and earn Twitch Drops.

CDL Champs 2023 schedule and format

The competition starts Thursday, June 15, with the first four Winners Bracket matches. Unlike recent Major tournaments, none of the eight qualified teams will begin in the Losers Bracket. As a result, these are all high-stakes matches.

Furthermore, the storyline implications are endless. Two-time Major Champions, the New York Subliners, hope to follow their Major 5 triumph with a CDL Championship win in back-to-back events. The Los Angeles Thieves also want to go back-to-back after winning CDL Champs 2022.

Tournament favorites Atlanta FaZe are also in the mix and have the best odds of any team, according to various sportsbooks. Of course, we can't leave out OpTic Texas or the Toronto Ultra. The former had high expectations heading into Major 5 but fell flat, and Ultra is always a threat on LAN.

Here is a look at the Thursday schedule and bracket heading into the CDL Champs 2023:

  • Minnesota ROKKR vs. New York Subliners – 3 p.m. EST
  • Seattle Surge vs. Atlanta FaZe – 4:30 p.m. EST
  • Boston Breach vs. OpTic Texas – 6 p.m. EST
  • Los Angeles Thieves vs. Toronto Ultra – 7:30 p.m. EST
