Stories of the qualifiers

We may have seen an oversaturation of qualifiers in the pro scene this early 2024, but they come with a ton of interesting stories! This specific tournament witnessed a big upset in the Eastern European region. With Team Spirit out of the way, one would predict Virtus.pro to take the crown in EEU. But another surprise hits the region as NAVI took the lead and won over VP in the grand finals. We can hear the old school fans shouting "NAVI is back!" from afar as this is the first time NAVI steps up with impressive wins. This performance comes after the addition of Artem "Yuragi" Golubiev and Sukhbat "sanctity-" Otgondavaa in the team.

Now let's shift our focus to Southeast Asia. The qualifiers didn't have too much surprises, with Aurora winning against Talon Esports in a dominant 3-0 grand finals. However, the final moments of the last game saw Nuengnara "23" Teeramahanon provoke Talon Esports with an all chat which read "no class". This led to back and forth shades on social media from both members of Aurora and Talon Esports. Read the full story below!
