The League Awards, the new event dedicated to celebrating League of Legends, will happen on Dec. 5. You can make your nominations now!

The League Awards, organized by caster Sjokz and Twitch streamer Caedrel, has announced their nomination categories for the debut of the new League of Legends awards event. And you can be part of the event by voting in all of the categories! Read on for details.

You can nominate folks on the website by logging into your Google account or your Twitch account. You can then write down your nominations — there's 19 in total. You can also edit your choices until Nov. 19. After nominations close, fans can vote on the top selections starting Nov. 20.

What are the categories?

The League Awards will reward players, leagues, teams, moments, broadcasters, community-related people and their creations, Riot releases, creator events, and casters. On Nov. 20, you can vote in every category.

In addition to community votes, some categories will include panel voting. Details about the panel members have not yet been announced.

This is your chance to choose your favorite League of Legends people, moments, and content creations and to honor them in a special way. This year is also important because of League of Legends' been around for 15 years! Congratulations to everyone who has continued to love the game and worked hard to bring players together worldwide.

The League Awards: Official date and stream

The ceremony will be held in Berlin on Dec. 5. However, it will be without the public for the first edition. You will be able to, however, watch it on Caedrel's Twitch channel. The League Awards 2024 is a new award event dedicated to honoring the League of Legends esports scene and the community. The goal is to have the public at the next ceremony. Of course, Sjokz and Caedrel will be hosting the show.
