With one spot at VCT Champions on the line, who is going to punch their ticket?
VCT Masters Tokyo is officially in the record books - congratulations to EMEA's Fnatic on becoming the first VALORANT organization to win back-to-back VCT international events. And while the teams who competed in Tokyo will be preparing for Champions, there is still more VALORANT to be played with the VCT Americas LCQ. There is one spot up for grabs, which team will take it?
VCT Americas LCQ Schedule
The VCT Americas LCQ officially kicks off on July 15 with MIBR taking on KRU Esports in the opening round of the upper bracket. The seven teams will be competing in a hybrid-elimination bracket. This means some portion of the tournament will be a single-elimination, while the latter stages will be double-elimination. All matches excluding the lower and grand final will be a best-of-five.

Which teams are competing in the VCT Americas LCQ?
The Americas LCQ will feature the seven remaining teams who did not qualify for Masters Tokyo. Going into the tournament, all eyes are on Cloud9 to showcase why they are still one of the top dogs in the region. C9 had a monstrous performance in the regular season, only dropping to LOUD. In the playoffs, they fell swiftly to eventual Tokyo finalists Evil Geniuses followed by a heartbreaking OT defeat to NRG.
