How to change EVE’s hair in Stellar Blade

Help out Kasim in Xion and he’ll hook you up, so that you can change EVE’s hair to a number of styles in Stellar Blade.

While you don't play as a custom character, there is still plenty of customization for EVE. You can pick skills for her in Stellar Blade, unlock a variety of costumes, adjust her combat capabilities with gear, and even change her hair.

Like most things, changing EVE's hair style is tied to a mission. We'll guide you through how to get the mission, complete it, and get her a new 'do.

How to complete the First Customer mission in Stellar Blade

When you travel around Xion, you'll eventually run into Kasim outside of Gwen's Hair Salon. That's the shop where he styles hair for a living. The brief interaction has him mutter how dull EVE looks before heading into his store.

Follow him in and speak to him. He'll talk to you about EVE's hair and how he can fancy it up. Of course, he needs a few things beforehand. That gives you the First Customer mission in Stellar Blade, which lets you change EVE's hair upon completion.

Follow these steps to finish it:

  1. Open the Missions tab and track the First Customer mission
  2. Travel to the Wasteland region through the path out of Xion
  3. Move forward to the first camp and pick up the phone
  4. Fast travel to the Junkyard supply camp, or go there on foot and ignore the last step if you haven't activated it yet
  5. Walk ahead and drop into the trash compactor area to find the Scissors
  6. Climb and follow the next marker to the fenced in garbage pile
  7. Enter in a hole in the fence and grab the Dryer
  8. Follow the last marker to a cubby area in a rock formation, filled with crates
  9. Smash open the far stack of crates and obtain the Straightener
  10. Return to Kasim at Gwen's Hair Salon to give him the items and complete First Customer

After you finish First Customer, you'll automatically sit down in Kasim's chair for a styling. You can change your hair in Stellar Blade whenever you'd like by just going to Gwen's Hair Salon. Just talk to Kasim and choose the Hair Salon option.

From there, you'll see 13 different hairstyles, each with four color options. To unlock the 12 outside of the default style, you will need to spend some materials.
